Just picked the car up. It was in getting the revo stage 1 done this morning with power going from 140bhp-185bhp and around 290ft lbs torque. You can notice the difference as soon as you start the engine up, idles smother and pulls away cleaner. I was told that with the the revo remap the ecu goes into learn mode for the first five hours of driving as in it monitors your style of driving so for example if you gun it a lot in the next five hours the ecu thinks this is the way you always drive and gives you a more aggressive drive thereon minus some mpg's whereas if you short shift/ take it easy over the next five hours you will get a mixture of better mpg's and with improved acceleration!

Does anyone have any first hand experience with this???

It would be interesting to drive two identicle cars that have been broken in the different ways to see if there is much of a difference!!

Is your car a manual or DSG?

I'm trying to find information out about mapping my DSG A3.

Thanks.
