Don't worry I will make making videos - I just have a back-log of videos that I want to put out first. But I will make a proper review from driving long term soon, and I will deep dive on some of the tech etc.Until I see a video driving it I won't believe it lol![]()

He just couldn't catch it at all John, thought he was great catching JA in his M2.........Had no chance catching the RS3, even after entering the twisty sections.Love Bedford, been there loads of times. Not watched video but I guess the RS3 will drive away at that long back straight!

I was hitting 145 in the M2 and 160 in the M5 on that long straight vs that chap at 135 in the Leon.

So your better than all them so we should watch you instead hahahaWhat you should all keep in mind is these journalists are not able to afford their own even nice cars... Just look at salaries for magazine or newspaper jobs.
From my various press events, I have been to where I have mentioned the fact I was getting an RS3 I have had the reaction of amazement that I am able to buy one.
The only journalists who CAN afford good cars are those who get into Top Gear or YouTube channels that are successful. SO when you watch a review just keep in mind these cars are dreams even for the journalists reviewing them...
He knows people that paid 80k for an RS3

BMW is a great car for the price ....but a £10k difference in price puts the RS3 in front performance wise ....but a car starting from £47k has a far better interior than one starting from £56k but as Joe implied its a £30k interior in a £56k car
Buddy's way big Joe are you now lol l spoke to him around this time 2 years ago the guy was virtually bankrupt due to losing his limousine business courtesy of Covid he's done well since and owes me £40 bangers lol he done a live stream and a lot folks/fans pledged him a few quid ....We had that discussion via PM on Instagram.
Dynamically the car is great, interior……. Not so.

But a lot of these journalists and youtubers are given long-term loan cars by the manufacturers ....ie a Freebie so driving about in high end performance cars for freeWhat you should all keep in mind is these journalists are not able to afford their own even nice cars... With the exception of Shmee150 and possibly the magazines (who buys them anyway!?) the typical process is a 7 day loan from car manufacturers if they think your worth giving one to. Also remember that sometimes a video that is out on YouTube etc, may be from months or weeks ago as you try to batch videos together and space them out to keep content regular. This is one of the struggles as a small channel I have. When you start seeing videos on my own car you know I am out of contentBut a lot of these journalists and youtubers are given long-term loan cars by the manufacturers ....ie a Freebie so driving about in high end performance cars for free
I'am at Goodwood next Sunday never been before so looking forward to it .With the exception of Shmee150 and possibly the magazines (who buys them anyway!?) the typical process is a 7 day loan from car manufacturers if they think your worth giving one to. I anticipate my next video will be from Lamborghini at Goodwood next week when I am going out with them on track - which will be a first - no idea how it will turn out or if it will be a good video but it is very different content from me.
Im there Saturday, you will love it, an amazing day outI'am at Goodwood next Sunday never been before so looking forward to it .
It's a Mk8 Golf R dressed as a Audi with the 5 cylindersI think most reviewers have missed a key point of the 8Y RS3. It is my first Audi, but without a shadow of a doubt it is one of the best drivers cars as a daily driver and possibly the best engine I have driven (the 911 flat-6 comes close though). I am speculating because it is my first, but I get the impression this was Audi trying to do the best by the engine and handling as almost a last celebration of a true driving machine before we all move into electric cars etc. I have read many times that is has been judged as the best 'drivers Audi' for a very long time. I think it will in time be recognised as the last of a generation, and ultimately they didn't give a stuff about the interior, it had to drive like it does, that was their goal and I think it will be remembered for that - possibly with cult status going forwards,
And oddly doesnt appear to have as much low down grunt as a Golf R, and as for turbo spool up it's lagging by a long timeIt's a Mk8 Golf R dressed as a Audi with the 5 cylinders

I had just overtaken a Caterham as it happens. This **** was in an M135i which I also had at the time (my track car was an E36 328i)^^ not good sorry to hear that. Other than caterhams I have found all drivers really respectful at Bedford.

lol ... it's one thing doing a 1 day review.
It's a different thing owning and living with a car day to day for (say) 3 years.
The RS3 is much more suited to UK roads / cruising the motorway / having the occasional country road blast.
The A45 is more suited to track work as you have the rev the nuts off it, its a much firmer ride and the seats whilst very supportive are very firm.
A45s is the better looking hatchback especially in the matte grey paint and may l say it the A45s interior is far more interesting looking but l don't do hatchbackslol ... it's one thing doing a 1 day review.
