Hopefully someone can help with this.
My car did not come with a dimming rear view mirror, I fitted one from a B6 (fits the standard screen mount)
with a kufatec harness, only the power and ground wires are connected and it works as expected.
I fed the harness to the right side (RHD) car to access the fuse box.
I've acquired a set of folding and dimming mirrors along with the correct door modules, mirror switch
and door trim and want to wire it all up.
The kufatec installation instructions say the wires for the side mirrors should be inserted into
pins 7+8 in t17 (orange plug) in the a pillar.
There is a wire in pin 8 already, so does anybody know if I can feed the wires from the kufatec harness directly
to the t20 connector at each door, then directly to the door modules?
I assumed the kufatec instructions were for a LHD car and flipped the sides.
Does the harness need go to the left (passenger side RHD)?
