Just retrofitted rear cup holders
Very easy to do it.
Cost of the part required 4K08859956PS black cup holder rear is approx €105 at the dealership (please make sure you pick right color I think there are 3 or 4 available)
It’s pretty odd that in a car worth €80k they don’t come as standard.

Just ordered cup holder to my A6. How did you managed to remove the old cover?

I did mine last week mate, took me about 20 mins but after fitting it and looking at the blank removed I realised there is an easier way to remove the 2 fittings screws without removing any other trim pieces by drilling 2 holes though the the blank above screws hole position So the Allan key screwdriver can go straight in from the top, which makes it really easy to remove the screws from the blank , I can take a photo of the measurments if u wish

Thanks. So there is screws. Well picture would be nice if you can send some. Although if I need to drill some holes to it, it's not so accurate where to drill cause not going to reused it after that.

Another easy but very effective retrofit for S-Line models. Gear lever perforated leather brace.
As standard UK and Irish C8s S-Line models come with a flat leather brace on the gear lever this is despite S-Line steering wheel being partially covered in perforated leather. Changing the brace is dead easy and the part can be ordered at any Audi parts department.
A word of warning make sure you quote exact/entire part number. For example for a RHD C8 brace in black perforated leather part number is 4K2713139D59V
I have attached some photos to give you an idea what process is involved.
Hope you find it useful
Enjoy!

No need to drill holes. Just lift of the storage tray and then loosen those two screws.

Armrest tray
armrest tray clip position , use trim tool to pull upwards being very careful not to break clip holes
Armrest
blank cover removed
Top view drinks cover
after removing cover i realized that if you are never going to refit this cover you could mark out screw hole fitting positions and drill though the cover, this way you may not damage the tray clips
Side view drinks cover

2 holes drilled and now you can gain access straight on top of the fixing screws, remove screws and slide forward

screw small outer screws in half way then slide in the drinks holder , install the 2 larger screws in the middle of the drinks holder and cover with the rubber mats , tightened the small outer screws and fit rubber plugs , then your finished
