Retro fit Air-intake for Audi S3 8P?

Is there any in the market for a 2010 Audi S3 8P SB?

I've seen the carbonio and oettinger ram air intake.
will these intakes retro fit the s3 8p without having to do any modifications to the engine cover?

or am i missing smth here? really desperate to get an aftermarket air intake without having the need to modify/remove my engine cover.

unless there has been a major reworking then l would say those should be fine, you wouldnt need to modify the cover if you took it off, then get a real intake.

The S3's are the same until you get to the rear doors more or less so any intake for an S3 will fit
