Facelift Resonator Delete Kit [8V5-071-904]

Been looking into the Audi resonator delete kit. For those not in the know it's a Audi own brand res delete kit and can be returned back to having the resonator on if you don't like the pipe as they include two shoe clamps that let's you attach it together again.

Question: -

• As these are Audi parts, does it invalidate a warranty by creating the saw/cut to enable it to be fitted?
• To keep warranty alive, must it be fitted by an Audi Dealer?
  
• Best/Cheapest place for one in the UK?

I know it's a standard part in the US (I say standard, but I mean can be fitted from factory).

Feedback from those with it fitted?

I have one installed on my car,Its no different then running a catback exhaust - Neither will void the warranty and anyone can install them

Tuning the ECU/TCU or adding a downpipe are technically the main things to void a warranty.. I don't live in the UK so i wouldn't know where to buy over there.. Here in the states we have 2 options that always have them in stock ( Besides ordering from the dealers) - I would think its easier to get local,But here are our 2 if that helps !
