Reset service light etc after remap

hi guys I tried to do a search on the forum but could not find what I was looking for. Basically I've had my 2005 Audi A3 2.0 tdi remapped by quantum. basically if I reset the service light, service interval etc using the vagcom software will I lose my remap details?

You can reset service light without vcds...answer to your question, you will not lose your remap as a remap only plays with engine parameters not the same module used for servicing. On a safe side Id say use the button on dash to reset.

Having a service at a main dealer may result in the loss of a remap, but not from a service light reset.
