Requesting a 2015 Audi A4 Premium trunk wiring diagram to install LED Trunk Strips

I have an 2015 Audi A4 Premium and would like to install the LED color changing Trunk Strip. I would like to know if anyone has a diagram of the wire colors that represents the following.

Right Turn Signal
Left Turn Signal
Brake
Reverse
headlight
