replacing vacuum pipes

Evening all,

I did a full service on the car today and noticed that quite a few of the numerous vacuum pipes are starting to show their age, particularly the one that goes on to the top of the turbo vacuum pump.

Plenty of replacement silicone pipes available on eBay, but has anyone done this before and I have no idea of how long each pipe is, or what sizes I need without removing everything and measuring (which I'd rather not do....)

All suggestions gratefully appreciated as usual.
