Looks like an electrical connector and couple of bolts.

hardest part will be trim removal as they seem to be connected between the pieces.

The seat belt or reels l was thinking of replacing are on the my forthcoming TT l have chosen the blue interior design thingy on it but the car just comes with the standard black belts l was going to buy these to replace them

VERY easy job. The plastic trim is the hardest part. The seat DOES NOT have to come out in order to install and reinstall. Just make sure the battery is connected and is moved AWAY from the triple square bolt to make it easy to get to. The bottom trim comes out first and then take the middle out, and then the top you push away from you and up. That piece has a hanger that is hung off the headliner.

At this point you are basically done. You just need to unscrew and disconnect connectors.

There are plenty of Youtubers doing it online mate. Watch a few of them. It can't be that hard.

Should be a nice and subtle mod when it's done.
