Replacing brake, clutch and accelerator "cables"

could you recommend the ideal cables/hoses to go for, ive heard of the stainless steel for clutches etc but could you also give me direct link to the items in question.

my car is a a4 b7 2.0 tfsi se quattro (quattro ibt to be confirmed by audi tomorrow as ive just bought the car)

As far as brake hoses go, if I'm upgrading using aftermarket kit , I've used Hel Performance, for both upgraded oem braided replacement and a couple of custom applications. I'm sure others will have some other options too.
Your throttle is a potentiometer , I.e. 'Drive by wire' so no cable there to worry about.
