Removing Rear Seats - 3 door hatch

Guys

I have the extended leather parts to fit to my 3 door hatch so I am assuming I will have to remove the rear seats to remove the rear cards.

What exactly is involved to remove them as I have never had to take seats out before but I am not afraid of the challenge!
