Removing Rear parcel shelf?

Can anyone help !!
Im trying to remove the parcel shelf in my A4 so I can get at the sub to look at upgrading it.
The problem is how the hell will the self come out !!!

you have to remove the rear seats and the 2 side panels that cover the the wee quarter glass m8 can be tricky but take your time and it'll be ok
