Removing rear interior side panel

How do I remove the rear interior side panel without breaking something or the clips holding it in?

I'm on about the rear side panel with the speaker in.

Remove the door seal, then just pull it inwards from that edge. There are zero screws, just big *** metal clips. They are pretty tough to be honest, just dont yank it too hard!
