Removing glovebox lid from glovebox

My glovebox lid has split so it doesn't push up properly anymore. I've got a new one on order but can't seem to split the lid from the glovebox itself. One side is off its the damper side that's a nightmare.
I've exposed a pin holding the arm in but have no idea how the pin comes out.

Any ideas?
