Removing cam followers ?

after removing the cams can some one tell me how the cam followers come out ?

can you not just lift them out with a sucker ( valve grinding stick) or a magnet ?

I was thinking that too if the cam pushes directly onto the bucket, its just i've never seen inside that engine.

2.0 16v PD140 heads are different to the 1.9 8v heads. Rockers on the PD140 are held in place with a long bar that is held in place with a bolt.
