Removing boot lid trim and rear lights

hi

I need to remove the boot trim and boot lid rear lights so I can vacuum out some broken glass out of the boot lid which is stuck, and sounds awful when opening and closing.

I can’t find any guidance on this for a3/s3 fl - anyone know of any?

This was my guide to replacing a spoiler has most of what you need the lights are obvious once you get the trim off . I think you may be in for a challenge though as the boot lid is 2 pieces pressed together. You may be better off taking the whole boot lid off and inverting it ...... good luck

It’s quite easy remove the light caps and the triangle. Remove screws beneath the triangle. Pop the lower boot section off with steady pressure working your way around and that’s it. It pops back on in the same fashion. It has quite good clips I’ve done mine several times without issue.

Great cheers both. See if I can then get a vacuum in to get some of the glass out.
