Remove/loosen sill panel trim front

Hi everyone,

In order te remove the sill panel trim front (A on the pictures) to guide wires to the front or to reach the door disconnector, you need to remove the B-pillar trim according to the manual (B on the picture).
But now i'm looking at it, is removal of the B-pillar trim really needed? or can I just wiggle the sill panel trim front off the B-pillar bottom trim? My goal is to reach the door disconnector front.

Hopefully somebody can share some experiences.
