Remote Window Control from Key FOB - Not Working

I accidentally left my lights on (for about an hour!) whilst visiting a friend at the weekend. The battery ran pretty much flat and I couldnt start the car. A friend came round with some jump leads and we got it going without issue but there are a couple of things that arent quite right since...

Initially, the traction control light remained on permanently for the drive home. I switched the car off and back on once home and in the garage and the traction light problem appears to have resolved itself.

Secondly, I used to be able to wind up or down the windows from the key fob, this no longer seems to work... No big deal but does anyone know why this might have happened and how I can sort it?

No idea on TC light, but sounds like it's ok now.

You'll need to re-activate the auto shutting - this is covered in the car's handbook I believe?

The ESP will need to recalibrate itself again, thats probably why it came on.
