Remember this mess that set me back £1500?

Well anyway for those who do not know, i brought the Audi A3 sportback 06 reg for £1500 a few months back.

Many on this forum said it could not be done and others said it would cost £5000 all the way up to about £10000 (dumb)

Its not finished as of yet as its very slow going but i have made some great progess.

I have managed to get some bargins aswell!!!

bumper, same colour great condition all grilles and fog lights - £55

Both headlights - £30

Steering wheel and airbag - £50#

job lot of Audi bits from an audi 1.6 and 3.2 got me loads of parts like aircon pump, abs, startor motor and loads of bit which i'm selling on! all for £28 the parts i just mentioned would be well over £200 alone if brought seperatly.(i'm selling on all of the 3.2 (04 reg) parts if anyone is interested.

The one part that has cost me a lot is the chassie legs which i paid top price for at £300...

There is a lot more work to do but the car is coming in under budget!!! which is ace!
