Relays for for 3.0TDI Fuel pump

I have an audi b7 3.0 tdi cab 2007 with the BKN engine, can someone confirm if the Fuel pump relays are located under the ECU in the engine bay ?
I am also confused about the relay type 614? Or is it this part number 8A0 951 253.

I am getting some issues with the car not starting intermittently and just getting a clicking noise. I want to change the Fuel pump relay as I have read this could be the issue along with the starter motor .

I had that problem on my 3.0 tdi B7, turned out to be the earth wire loose that bolts to the bulkhead in front of the battery, well a bit to the left of the battery looking from the front,

Sounds like starter solinoid
