Recaro seats

I've got a 2007 audi b7 tdi with cloth seats that all they've got is the lumber support. Does anyone know how hard it is to fit the s4 full electric recaro seats in my car and do you have to replace the hole seat loom or can you buy adaptors and splice into a different power supply ? Thanks
