Rear window stuck down

Just leant on my rear drivers side window, now its stuck. Wont go up or down?

Any ideas? How do you remove the door card?!

Nothing on the rear door works, lights or switches

Check for a broken wire in the loom between door and B pillar

I have done and theres nothing. The battery died, charged it, the window now works, still no lights.

But also all the windows now are playing up, wont go down all the way, wont stay up etc??!
