Hi All

Does anyone know how to remove the rear was wipe on an audi a4 avant 2004.

There is a piece of plastic that has snapped or has worn at the rear of the wiper the bit that makes it spring back with pressure and I want to take it off an put a metal pin in its place.

Any ideas greatly accepted:readit:

Ive just done this; remove the inner trim on the bootlid and you should be able to locate the (x3?) 10mm bolts. Pretty simple after that. (hardest part is removing the trim pannel!!)

I've tried removing the inner trim, four screws and it pulls down to a pint but there is somthing holing the trim in place!

It seems I was barking up the wrong tree, The arm of the wiper is U/S so I,ve managed to prise off to have a look, as per all audis its a piece of plastic that has worn, hence no spring back on the rear wiper, you don't happen to know the part number for the wiper unit do you?
Its been done before HERE and how to remove the trim is detailed HERE
