Rear Parking Sensors Faulty In Heavy Rain

Had the car since Dec 08, been in twice previously, one time N.F.F, drove it out and fault was back..went back in and had new ECU fitted, this cured the problem for approx 6 weeks, now heavy rain again, and sensors going nuts. Dealer has new sensors waiting to be painted, will try them next..any other ideas ?

Sounds like you have a connector with a faulty seal that is letting water in.

Well, had the new sensors fitted yesterday, so will see what happens when it rains hard again..shouldnt be too long in this lovely summer we are having..

Whilst the car was in, they also asked me if I had time for them to do an Audi service action on the car, something to do with the fuel pressure..so keep an eye out for this one guys..
