Sorry to bother you chaps,the rear left cluster lights are playing up,I've tried cleaning the contacts ,the bulbs are fine,is there any other options,as it's doing my head right in. Thanks

Standard bulbs,and I keep getting the failure messages. They are OK for a period of time after I've cleaned the contacts,but the problem returns. Thanks
Have you tried to swap the bulbs from side to side?
If the fault follows, you have to change one or all of the bulbs.
Does it says which light is out? Could be the stop bulb as it has two filaments, one for positioning light and other for stop.

Apparently it's a common fault with this particular car,it's like a sequence,starting with the stop light ,indicater,reverse,side light.
