Help Please Rear interior dome reading light not working

Rear interior lights haven't worked since I picked up the car a few weeks ago.

Took out to see if I could see any solder issues but it doesn't seem like this has a PCB. It's all hard connections on the bottom.

They are all snapped on with the little rivets so I don't really want to pop them all off as it'll basically be a dead part after that.

There appears to be some water marks in the unit. I do have a sunroof... So maybe it's time for a replacement part. Oddly can't see many of these on eBay.

Anyone had this issue and fixed?
Also I can't tell what fuse controls this light. My front centre dome lights work fine.

So I have this mystery and my alarm siren not working even after replacing it. Everything else is working fine.

Just used a volt meter on the plug to it and I can't see any juice coming through. Not really sure what to check next.

Pleased to say I've fixed the rear light. Really should have checked the front dome light first. Pulled down the unit and there was a plug floating around. Plugged in, sorted. Should have done that weeks ago.
