Rear door outside b pillar trim

Evening all, I have a a bit of trim that's doing my OCD no favours.
The b pillar trim on the rear door has a big gap at the top, does anyone know if it's easy to get off to reseat?
I've attached some pictures of the gappy one and the other side which looks far better.
