Rear door courtesy lights

Anyone tell me (before I punch a big hole in the door trims) if the rear doors are pre-wired for the low level courtesy lights? Cant believe my car doesn't have them!

There is no wiring to just plug into, you would either need to make or buy a harness

I have recently installed the rear puddle lights in my 2016 Audi A6 C7 avant (4g8). I got the wiring loom off ebay from Rocket wiring (very easy install). i have wired them in pins 12 &13 as stated in the install instructions. The next stage is to turn them on using Vagcom but when we plug it in and go to the rear door settings there is no indication which setting it is that is we turn on. does anyone know which is needed to be turned on or know how to get round it?
