Rear Coilovers Top Mount

I have a set of Jamex coilovers and am having problems with the sitting of the top mounts on the rears,
basically when 1st fitted the top mounts just slid down the shock, this was solved with a washer at the bottom of the thread but it is sounding like this has not lasted.

does anyone know of any fitting kit or adaptor that solves this problem? or even aftermarket top mounts?

I used a section of a bushing sleeve that fitted over the threads buy not down the piston, that way it was like a 4mm thick close fitting washer, still on there now.
On a side note, the FKs had larger piston rods and the stock bushings and mounts fitted
