Rear Caliper Identification - Help Needed

Hi,

I need someone to confirm what calipers these are and which model A3 they came off from - 2.0tdi, 1.6 etc.
Also which disc size they are compatible with - 282mm, 255mm

They look like A3 8L calipers, the 8P ones don't seem to have the same type of "ridges / fins". Happy to be proved wrong though...

Just need to figure out which discs/pads will go with them.

Think you may find the caliper will do both size of disc,its the carrier that determines the disc size.

The calipers were the correct ones and have been fitted after a bit of a refurb.
