Rear bumper removal

Hi guys,
I'm wanting to change the lower part of the bumper to this defuser sort. Do I have to take the whole bumper off the car or can I just remove the bottom part alone.

The bottom half will come off fine, easier if you can jack it up, but just get under the bumper, a screw-in either side in line with the wheel arch and then about 5/6 little bits you’ll have to push down to slide it out, just be gentle
