Rear Bumper Diffuser

We are getting this painted gloss black, however can it be removed without removing the entire back bumper? Want to get the parts off for painting asap but need to put car back so it can be driven in the meantime

I took mine off to paint it, but I had to remove bumper as the clips are very tight and a pain in the ****, bumper was easy to remove though

I just remember on our old mk4 golf the front was a doddle, the rear was fidly
