RDS TMC

Hi all, getting this error when turning my NavPlus radio on....

"RDS-TMC tuner:
Connection to RDS-TMC tuner is faulty or could not be established."

As far as I know the TMC tuner handles traffic updates and sends info to the DIS? I also have no info showing up on my DIS anymore when the radio is in use.

Any ideas how to fix? Does anyone know where abouts the TMC tuner is located?

So it turns out the TMC tuner is in the boot near the subwoofer... Number 24 in this diagram 8E0919895...

Questions is anyone have any idea how to get the thing out?!
