Rattling front suspension

Hi everyone, first time posting here. I have a a3 sport sline 2.0tdi 140. The front n/s suspension has a annoying rattle when driving over rough parts of the road. I have replaced anti roll bar links yesterday and has made a slight diffrence but not stopped it completely.
Does anyone have any more ideas?

Did you check your drop links? Get your car on a ramp and wiggle every part of the suspension with a crow bar, anything that is loose or moves excessively could cause the noise.

Yes I have changed the droplinks and it has quietened down a bit but it is still rattling. I did look at the anti roll bar bushes and they looked ok would it be the top strut mount?

It could be, I have heard of them going faulty in the past, I'd double check it all and make sure nothing else is looking loose or faulty. Then I'd change the top mouth, I'm not sure if it's advised best practice to change them in pairs though?
