R8 Nav Plus, Bluetooth Music

Hi All,

I have a 2007 Audi R8 with the Nav Plus Head unit and B&O speaker upgrade, I’m trying to figure out a way to play my Apple Music or music from my phone through the current head unit, I have no USB or AUX port just an old phone connection in a compartment behind the handbrake,

im trying to keep the head unit for originality and don’t fancy a FM Bluetooth tuner,

Has anyone managed to overcome this issue and if so what are my options??
