quick wheel question... need an answer quickly. plsssss.

Will a 18" wheel with 235/40x18" tyres and an offset of 42mm fit my car without scuffing... helpppp

Yeh in most cases it will be fine.

A lot depends on the tyre, some brands are chunkier and might catch on the uprights, but ET42 gives a bit more room anyway so i'd suggest you'll be fine.

If Im not mistaken, A4's go for +35 on aftermarket wheels and a flush result, so I believe +42 is safe enough even with bigger tyres.

Its the inside thats the problem when running high offsets, they catch on the upright.
