Quick question for DTUK pedal box owners

Merry Christmas!

I have just got a DTUK pedal box for my 1.8 and after installing it and giving it a test drive I found sport +1 is best for me otherwise my tyres will end up bald! But a great item it is to remove the throttle lag.

My question is: does it turn off automatically? When I turned the engine off and locked the car, the box was still on, could this just be the extra voltage lighting up the lights? I don't think it's worth it if you have to turn it off after every journey! Any help appreciated..

The pedal box will power down on its own. Dont worry about leaving it on. Power remains in the car for about 5-10 mins after key is taken from ignition.
