Question about keyless entry

Hi all,

Question re the keyless entry, how does this work in conjunction with the leaving/coming home lights, normally (without this option) you would press the key fob to unlock the car on approach and the headlights come on.

Now do you have to do the same at night with keyless? As obviously once you're close enough to reach the door handle and open the car keylessly it's pretty redundant the lights coming on as you'll be in it in 5 seconds time. Question is the same in reverse for leaving the car, does the tap on the door handle to lock leave the headlights on for the allotted time or would you need to use the key fob?

When locking the car the headlights stay on for a period of time, then go out. obviously they do not come on when approaching the car, you have to touch the handle, but of course you can use the key fob as per a standard key fob
