Q5 Q5 Suspension refresh?

So, just had my annual service and its been pointed out a couple of my control arms are perished and both top mounts are badly worn - the cars on 79k, is it worth replacing the shocks as well while its all out? or are they good for another chunk of mileage?
Also, anyone recommend the control arm kits on ebay? seem to be many from various sources but not sure if some are cheap chinese knock offs or actual decent ones from Europe...
