Q3 Q5 2.0 TFSI 170bhp tuning

Hi folks

I've got a 2014 Audi Q5 TFSI 2.0 170BHP (manual) which i'd be eager to see if I could arrange to be re-mapped for some improved BHP. Has anyone had theirs done and able to report noticeable benefits? (reports online say a decent tune can get it up to c. 230bhp).

Also, any recommendations of tuning specialists in Surrey who could undertake such a tune? (ideally from those that have theirs done)
