Program help with reducing pic size

Hey guys, I'm using my old laptop and can't install photo shop as it's too big, anyone know of any decent small - average sized free programs that are good for reducing pic sizes? cheers

On the left panel, near the bottom "Image Resizer". Once downloaded and installed all you have to do is right click on an image and go to 'Resize' then you can put small/medium/large or custom. Really easy
