B9 Pre-sense?

Never had it before although do now. Out of interest, could I just leave the car to brake itself? Dare not try of course in case it doesn't and I slam into the car ahead of me! I have had people walk behind me though and the car just jammed on the anchors even though I was moving very slowly, most disconcerting.

I find Pre-sense annoying. Had it activate twice on me now. One when i was parking up on the side of the road, into a bay and while reversing, it slammed on the brakes. Pretty hard and i thought i'd reversed into something. Only realised it was pre-sense once i got out to check that nothing was behind me.

2nd time, was during 3 point turn, and again while reversing. Its quite disconcerting. Have turned the pre-sense down to Late setting now instead of default medium, to see if that stops it happening. If not, it will be turned off.

I suppose good to stop you reversing into something, but pretty annoying.

Yeah same here, jammed them on really hard. One time the wife was in the car and she gave me one of her looks when it happened, thought it was me!
