Pre-Facelift Grill Removal

Hi guys, How would I go about removing the 2 grills in the front bumper as I want to repaint or have them wrapped black to ditch the chrome? I've had a little look but not sure how to get em out?

Basically I want to do this but without the black middle bit...

Thought that was my car for a second there. I just undid the bolts on top of the bumper and pulled it out a bit to get my hand in, then pushed out the tabs holding the trim (carefully)

Is it the same on the lower grill too?
