Pre Facelift and Facelift Doors

Hi,

Im trying to locate a Replacement Passenger Side door for my 2001 Facelift A3. I have found Pre Facelift and Facelift Doors for sale, but not sure if they are the same?

Does anybody know of any Differences between Pre Facelift and Facelift Doors?

door handles are different....
