Power sterring pump pulley And air con compressor pulley

Hi guys!
I've been hearing a rattling noise on my a4 b7 1.9tdi.
Air con is working flawlessly even if it sounds like an air con pulley rattling noise.
With air con off still the noise persists.

Took out the auxiliary belt and tried the pulleys. Both the power steering pulley and the air con one make noise when rotated.

Is it possible that both are bad?
Not much room there for replacing them.
Has anyone done the replacement without taking out the front bumper?
