Very nice, im ashamed to say i haven't posted a pic of mine yet, but it never seems to be clean enough..
Here's mine ..2013 BiTdi, just had the wheels refurbed, painted hubs and calipers black and added 15mm spacers all round.
Hi officially new to the forum but have been a outside watcher getting my tips and tricks from here Currently full rs replica with facelift sequential headlights and mirror Indictors.running 310bhp. Will be putting in a hybrid, wagner FMIC and rs7 airbox in the next few weeks so will upload as the work is done. Great to be here....finally
Apologies for the late reply! Not a main dealer. Bought from eBay for £650. Fairly easy to install. I’d say about half hour. Also got it remapped last month. DPF replaced with a delete pipe. EGR blanked, Ad-blue removed, smokeless map, gearbox mapped. Pulls like a train and worth every penny!! Figures are. 376BHP + 594 lbs/ft (the extra 6bhp was from the DPF removal)
Nice figures. Who did the map? Is that custom or something ‘off the shelf’ ? With the steering wheel swap, did you have to replace the airbag?
Rick @ Unicorn Motor Developments up in Stockport. This guy knows his stuff. He's on the forums... somewhere. No generic map. Custom live map on dyno. I always do my research so it was either Rick or Bobby Singh. Rick was only 1 hour 30 minutes away so didn't mind the travel. The airbag came with the steering wheel so just popped the complete thing on just to be safe.
Got round to fitting the Maxton Design bodykit yesterday. Front splitter, rear splitter and side skirts. No issues with speed bumps and clearance
Yep. S-Line Suspension stock height. Also thinking of popping wheel spacers on but unsure... Just want the wheels to be flush with the arches.
I went for 15mm Eibach spacers all round ...looks great and keeps the car slightly flatter through corners due to the increased width. I went for black ones and pained my hubs black at the same time for a more seamless look.
My A7's are all standard, but I've got them through the decade, from 2011 to current; The original, the face lift and the current model. Thought it might be interesting
I think the 2015 facelift is the best looking, inside and out. I’m not a fan of a touchscreen dash and not so keen on the exterior lines of the new model. Also exterior wise I think the original has the best rear lights - so much character compared to the new ones which are pretty much the same across all new Audi models, where’s that light shape was A7 exclusive. ...just my personal view, I’m sure others will disagree.
Its a bit like in the 1970's where the e type jag got a bit bloated on the replacement models, I think the new shape has lost the crispness at the back. I do prefer the new dash though. As above, just my view
