Lol, had just been waxed with leather wax. All good now as dried. But thanks for the observation lol

You used leather wax. Would it not still be shiny even after drying, as all waxes need buffing? As Jaasy mentioned matte finish looks best and the good leather cleaners, conditioners and protectants achieve the original look of the leather.

It was buffed and i can assure you its not shiny now. Just looks like new. Probably used to much product as i alway seem to use to much. I usually use swisswax leather milk, but thought id try something different for a change.

You do know Colourlock supply all of swisswax leather care products? So get your kit from them from now on, they're way cheaper

Yesterday I changed to summer wheels. And a quick wash also.
Wheels are genuine BBS CH028 (Audi S4 OEM) with 10mm spacer in every corner.

It is already lowered. It is like that after it has been jacked up for the tire change. Drove it to the station this morning and it is already closer to mother earth.

I think @MattSedg uses photoshop to clean it, either that or he has far too much time on his hands :friends:
Was washing it at 8pm sat night then went out 6am Sunday for this pic, and the one I posted earlier :help: don't mock me

@MattSedg Love your photos.... nothing beats an SLR or other format camera with depth of field used to advantage, lighting conditions and composition, as shown in your last photo. I must admit I get lazy and use my camera phone a lot, as it is convenient, and then regret not taking the camera bag.

Yeah you had to have a few Bob in the bank back then to have one of them mate

My fave Ford again was the saloon Sierra RS Cosworth 4x4 lol

Now it is closer to the ground after driving it for a while. It has the S-line suspension, and I can't make it any lower since the last 500m of my home road is gravel and in wintertime it already scrapes the bottom to the snow.

When I was an apprentice in my first job my boss / managing director had one - was a passenger the day he got "involved" with a guy in a pimped Beemer. Think he'd forgotten I was there :tearsofjoy:

Was lucky enough to have a lengthy ride....... err, sorry, run...........in both a Sierra RS 500 Cosworth (in white!!) and the Sapphire one too ("Daytona" Grey) as a passenger on the same day. Friends uncle who was a rally driver and his son owned them.

Funny how our memories stir us on cars. A cousin of mine was going out with a boyfriend in the early 60's who had an Austin Healey 3000. I was stuck in behind the two seats, top down on a ride down to Castle Douglas from Glasgow. I was an impressionable 15 years old and I never forgot that ride. The power and handling was magic. By today's standards that car would not be special as far as perfromance but back then!!!
