Where would you have liked me to have parked it.....??? On the frickin roof ... Lol So he/she would be a very unlucky driver indeed to hit my car
Not a half bad idea I suppose... Haha Anyway, hopefully people way way up north there know how to drive a bit better in snow compared to southerners
Nah mate they don't know how to drive any better in the snow up here and that's what causes the chaos sadly and that's why I ain't going to work tomorrow as the motorway will just be a car park
Aye the BIG SMOKE.....compared to where you live did they no make that Film "The Thing " up round your way lol
"The Beast from the East" ...Yellow warnings.....25cm of snow!!! -10C!!!... .....yawn To be honest if I was in the UK...I would be staying at home your cars, drivers and road equipment are not up to the task of dealing with this type of weather. Even if you have snow tyres, I would still stay at home, as most other cars do not and driver's lack of experience will result in fender benders and worse. Not worth the hassle for one day of consequences you may regret.
Exactly ...... Not going to jump on a motorway for 25 miles and risk the chances of chaos caused by some inexperienced plonkers who slow down traffic even in the rain nevermind heavy snow, tomorrow's forecast is even more severe
Yip there's A RED WEATHER WARNING OUT NOW for parts of Scotland including where l am just now ..... So will be snowed into tonight lol I would be postponing my new car collection if it where l
Agreed, working from home today and probably tomorrow. I thought the beast from the east was my sister in law too
Bet the gritters are just sitting outside the dealerships waiting to destroy some brand new paintwork
Yeah, I couldn't get out my street this morning, even the neighbour with the land rover gave up! Hopefully all be gone by the 11th as I don't want to pick the new car up in snow
Just back from work, 1hr to go 14 miles! ☃️ Snow shows how dirty the car is! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Tricky conditions eh! Is the dual carriageway bit the road from Airth / Kincardine towards Skinflats?
It's getting worse just been out in the mrs car roads are blocked by cars stuck in the snow took us a hour to travel half a mile 12 inches of the stuff and counting
I would rather put up with the blizzard's rather than them Yanks lol hope you're having a great time mate
It is raining here but mind you got 35cm last Friday....that was not a fun day. I can just picture the sheer chaos on the side roads in the the Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas. I will be phoning family members tomorrow to hear their news of "The Beast From The East"
M80 at a standstill at Castlecary for hours so far, as has the A720 Edinburgh Bypass. Suspect some will be sleeping in vehicles tonight.
Interesting to see how the dealers clear the snow and ice from their new cars sitting in the forecourt without any paint scuffing etc. OK lads here are some brushes go and clear the snow off the vehicles as fast as you can
