Took my car in for a full correction detail and ceramic coating last week, the car was only 5weeks old with 1000 miles, but the swirls and scratches on the car when i collected it were like they washed it with sandpaper!! Is that the little grey cannister? I've just received a K4 car and home (very early birthday present) minus the instructions. I also got some shampoo in the box, do I use it 1 to 1 or water it down for foam?
